  • What is Collagen?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, making up 1/3 of our bodies protein. It is one of the major building blocks of our skin, muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments. Collagen is also found in many other body parts, such as blood vessels, corneas, and teeth. Collagen production in the body starts to decline in our early 20's and often our bodies cannot produce enough collagen on it's own. This can contribute to signs of aging such as wrinkles, joint pain, and a slower metabolism.
  • What are the benefits of Collagen?
There are so many amazing benefits of collagen, these include; • Glowing and hydrated skin • Improves nail strength and quality • Promotes healthy and shiny hair • Prevents Hair loss • Reduces joint pain and degeneration • Regulates digestion & boosts metabolism • Promotes better and deeper sleep • Supports heart and liver health • Improves gut health and immune system • Enhances exercise recovery • Assists with weight management • Reduces signs of aging ...and much more!
  • How long until I see results?
We recommend taking collagen daily for a minimum of 6-8weeks before you can expect to see results. As most changes in our health and diet, results don't happen over night and consistency is key. Daily use is very important. It is important to remember that everyone is different and some will see results sooner than others.
  • How many servings can I take per day?
For the best results, we recommend 1-2 scoops (about 10-20g) of Divine Me collagen per day.
  • Is collagen safe for breastfeeding/expecting moms?
Collagen is recognized as safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding as it is a natural protein that is already found in the body and reproduced by the body. However, we always recommend talking with your licensed doctor first, as nutritional needs can vary when breastfeeding or pregnant. If you have any further questions please consult your doctor.
